Ann-Marie Nienaber

Ann-Marie Nienaber is a Professor in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behavior at the Centre for Trust, Peace and Social Relations (CTPSR) at Coventry University, UK and affiliated to the Centre of Management at Muenster University, Germany. Prof Ann-Marie Nienaber is a very experienced specialist on trust challenges in and between organisations with emphasis on safety critical context, e.g organisational capability during crises and changes, mainly in the fields of public management, health, and transport. Her work has been published in journals such as Human Resource Management, International Journal of Human- Computer Interaction, Group and Organization Management, or Journal of Business Ethics. She was invited keynote at projects such as Capital and has recently leading the SUITS (Sustainable Urban Integrated Transport Systems: Transferable Tools for Small-Medium local authorities, Horizon 2020) - workpackage on implementation of organisational change for enhancing organisational capacity and working together with colleagues from Coventry University at TinnGO (Transport Innovation Gender Observatory, Horizon 2020).
